    handful rapberries and blueberries, sliced banana, vanilla yoghurt, sprinkling of cinnamon grahams.

    other half of superfood salad (quinoa, avocado, broccoli, alfalfa, toasted seeds, goats cheese), with extra half avocado. sweetcorn relish, tzatsiki, two slices granary bread, rose harissa.

    one slice granary toast, half tin low sugar beans, grated cheddar, garlic mayo.
    half tub pistachio halva.

    one can pepsi max.
    half punnet raspberries.
    one chunk pecorino
    large glass breakfast juice.

  • Friday August 3rd

    handful raspberries, handful blueberries, semi skimmed milk, handful mini shredded wheat.

    One cappuccino.
    One banana.

    half a Leon superfood salad.

    half a small tub of pistachio halva.

    waitrose curry for one - cauliflower and potato, chicken malabar, coconut rice, paratha.
    One coffee magnum.
    One can pepsi max.

  • Thursday 2nd August.

    Handful mini shredded wheat, semi skimmed milk, handful raspberries, one sliced banana.

    One cappuccino.

    One small tupperware of chicken paella.
    couple of Kettle chips.

    couple of rice cakes with hummus.
    One slice granary bread with duck liver pate and sweetcorn relish.

    Half a ricotta and spinach pizza.
    One coffee magnum.
    One cup white tea.

  • Wednesday 1st August

    Two slices granary toast, one with peanut butter, one with blueberry jam.
    One banana

    One white coffee.

    half a chicken salad - peppers, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, remains of roast chicken, olive oil, lemon juice.
    One quarter egg sandwich.
    couple of Kettle chips.

    One can pepsi max.
    chicken paella (peppers, celery, onion, peas, soybeans, basmati rice)
